化肥是保障粮食增产的重要生产资料,是保障国家粮食安全的必要农资,在当今农业生产中起到重要作用。合理的施用化肥可以促进农业增产增效,农民增收致富。为了促进粮食收成最大化,本文通过检索辽宁省各市耕地土壤元素单位面积含量,对耕地土壤成分相似的城市进行K-means聚类。在每一个类别中,检索各市历年化肥施用量和单位面积收成,使用高斯过程回归得出其中的关联关系,最后使用鲸鱼优化算法进行目标规划求解,得出各市在最大收成时的化肥施用量。?

hemical fertilizer is an important means of production to increase grain production and a necessary agricultural resource to ensure national food security. It plays an important role in today\'s agricultural production. Rational application of chemical fertilizer can promote agricultural production and efficiency, farmers increase income and get rich. In order to maximize grain yield, K-means clustering was carried out for cities with similar cultivated soil components by retrieving the elements per unit area of cultivated soil in Liaoning Province. In each category, the fertilizer application amount and yield per unit area of each city were retrieved over the years, and the correlation relationship was obtained by Gaussian process regression. Finally, the whale optimization algorithm was used to solve the target planning problem, and the fertilizer application amount of each city at the maximum harvest was obtained.
