煤炭开采是我国最大的高危行业之一，本文针对我们煤矿安全事故的特点，重点从企业的内部管理与政府对煤矿的监督两方面入手，深入分析我国煤矿生产事故发生的原因，以及监管体制中存在的亟待改进的问题，进而提出几点加强煤矿安全生产和完善监管体制的建议。
his thesis discussed the characteristic of our mining accidents. From the viewpoints of both the internal management of mining enterprises and supervision of governments, it penetratingly analyzed that the root reasons of mining accidents and the shortage of safety product supervision and administration system. And then brought forward some advice for supervision and administration system.
