基于复杂网络理论的氧化铝多效蒸发系统脆弱性评估研究
Research on Evaluating the Vulnerability of Multi-Effect Alumina Evaporation System Based on Complex Networks Theory
基于当前复杂网络理论,提出了一种新的方法来分析实际氧化铝多效蒸发系统的脆弱性。根据复杂网络理论,将氧化铝多效蒸发过程系统中的"元件"和"管线"抽象成节点和连线,构建复杂网络拓扑模型,并运用复杂网络知识分析该模型的复杂网络特性。在此基础上,根据系统设备中物料不同分配和复杂网络脆弱性原理对网络节点进行脆弱性分析,并定义综合脆弱性评估指标,用来发现系统的脆弱点。最后,利用仿真编程实现综合脆弱度指标的计算,并由计算结果分析对应网络模型中的脆弱点来确定系统中关键性的设备,提出完善的保证措施,从而使氧化铝蒸发过程系统尽可能安全稳定地运行。本文提出的方法可用来识别复杂工业系统的脆弱性,有助于设计安全运行的系统。
In term of complex networks, a novel method for analyzing the vulnerability of the structure of multi-effect alumina evaporation system is proposed. Based on complex network theory, the "components" and "connections" in the alumina evaporation system are described by nodes and edges of the network. Then a network model is developed and analyzed utilizing the topological structure characteristics. Moreover, according to different function of the system devices and the structure vulnerability theory of complex networks, the vulnerability of developed network nodes is investigated. A comprehensive vulnerability index is presented to find the vulnerable structure of the system. Finally, the computation of vulnerability index for multi-effect alumina evaporation system can be accomplished using simulation. Some vulnerability devices can be found and protected which insure the safety of the system. The method proposed in this paper may be used to identify the vulnerability of complex industry systems which can help to improve the operation status.
