一种新型联萘二酚衍生物的合成及其对铁离子的检测
Synthesis of a novel naphthol derivative and and its appalication in the determination for Fe3+
以S-联萘二酚和N-甲基乙酰胺为原料,合成了一种新型荧光分子探针。在DMF/H2O(5:5,v/v,pH=7.2)溶液中,该探针对Fe3+有着良好的选择性的识别,其荧光强度随着Fe3+浓度增加而降低,其他常见金属离子如Ag+,Al3+,Ba2+,Cr3+,Cu2+,Hg2+,K+,Mg2+, Mn2+,Ni2+,Pb2+,Zn2+干扰很小。因此,该探针分子对于环境中的铁离子的检测有着潜在的应用。
novel fluorescent molecule probe based on S-BINOL and N-methyl-acetamide was synthesized. The probe can recognize Fe3+ selectivity in DMF/H2O (5:5, v / v, pH = 7.2) solution.Its fluorescence intensity is reduced with the increasement of Fe3+, while other common metal ions such as Ag +, Al3 +, Ba2 +, Cr3 +, Cu2 +, Hg2 +, K +, Mg2 +, Mn2 +,Ni2 +, Pb2 +, Zn2 + show little disturb to the title probe. Therefore, it can be used in the detection of Fe3+ in potenital environment.
