网格划分对蒸发液滴表面温度计算的影响
Effects of meshing on the calculation of temperature along the surface of drying droplets
蒸发液滴的表面温度分布对液滴的液体流动和颗粒沉积有着重要的影响。目前,研究液滴表面温度分布规律主要采用数值计算方法。针对有限厚度基底上的蒸发液滴,本文主要研究了网格细化位置、网格细化区域大小、网格细化尺寸等因素对液滴表面温度计算结果的影响。结果表明,液滴中心区域网格的细化对计算结果影响不大,为提高计算的准确性,应对液滴边缘附近区域的网格进行细化;网格细化区域大小对表面温度计算结果的影响很小;网格细化尺寸对表面温度分布有显著影响。
he temperature distribution along the surface of drying droplet has an important impact on the fluid flow of droplet and the particle deposition. Currently, the distribution of the droplet surface temperature is often studied by numerical methods. For drying droplets on finite thickness substrates, the effects of the factors such as the locaion of the mesh refinement, the size of the refinement region and the level of the refinement on the calculated surface temperature is discussed in this paper. The results show that,the mesh refinement in the central region of the droplets has little influence on the numerical results. In order to improve the accuracy of the calculation,the mesh in the region near the droplet edge should be refined. The size of the refinement region has neglectable influence on the droplet surface temperature. Contrarily, the level of the mesh refinement has a significant influence on the surface temperature distribution.
