民勤生态环境问题的社会经济原因分析

民勤的生态环境恶化问题是我国干旱地区生态环境问题的缩影，落后的农业生产方式与统一化的政策与管理方式是造成生态环境恶化问题的根源。解决问题的主要途径是改进落后的农业生产方式，将节水农业和现代农业的先进生产方式结合生态环境保护工程结合在一起，通过建设生态功能特区的方式对于上述地区采取特殊政策。
It was found in this paper that the problems of ecological environment situation going down in Minqin county in a picture for many dry area in northwest of China and the problem roots from the backward of agriculture and related unique policies and management. It is suggested that the solution will be shift current agriculture production to a water safe and higher technology ways with the management and special policies for setup a environment special region in Minqin.
