本文基于IMT-Advanced设计了一套数字中频发射机射频前端，工作频率为2300-2400MHz。在深入分析了数字中频发射机架构优越性的基础上，本文根据指标要求提出了系统设计方案，并利用ADS仿真软件进行系统仿真，对系统性能做全面评估。在硬件实现中，本文通过对系统平坦度、ACPR及EVM的测试，证明了该系统具有良好的性能。
In this paper,a digital-IF transmitter's RF front end is designed which is base on the IMT-Advanced.The operating frequency is 2300-2400MHz.Combined with the analysis of the digital-IF transmitter,the system degisn is proposed.And the ADS simulation results prove the performance of the system.In the process of hardware implementation,the good performance of the system is verified by the test of the flatness,ACPR and EVM.
