加气灌溉对番茄根区土壤环境和产量的影响
Effects of Oxygation on the Soil environment ofRhizophere and Crop Yield of Tomato
本文通过温室小区试验,研究了加气灌溉对番茄根区土壤环境(土壤呼吸作用、土壤温度、土壤氧气含量)、生物量积累、果实产量和水分利用效率的影响。试验采用Mazzei287型文丘里加气设备,设计了加气和不加气灌溉2种处理,每个处理3次重复。试验结果表明:与对照相比,加气灌溉明显改善了根区土壤环境,使得10cm土层内土壤体积含水量降低了1.61%,根区土壤氧气含量增加了0.78%,土壤呼吸速率增加了23.17%;加气灌溉下番茄的果实干鲜生物量、茎干鲜生物量和地上部干鲜生物量也显著增大;同时,加气灌溉明显提高了番茄产量和水分利用效率,水分利用效率增加了23.12%,单株产量提高了18.78%,单果重增大了30%。研究结果显示了加气灌溉的应用前景,为加气灌溉的推广应用提供了理论基础。
Field experiment in greenhouse was conducted to investigate the potential of oxygation to enhance soil environment in rhizophere (soil respiration, soil oxygen content, soil water content), plant growth, yield and water use efficiency(WUE) of tomato. The experiments, comprised of Mazzei 287 air injector and control treatments (oxygation or not),were randomized and replicated three times. Compared with control, soil water content in 10cm soil layers decreased 1.61% and soil oxygen content in root zone increased 0.78%, but soil respiration rates significantly increased by 23.17%. There are marked effects of oxygation on fruit and stem biomass, above ground biomass, yield and WUE. Results show that the WUE values in oxygation treatments were significantly greater 23.12% compared with control, per plant yield and per fruit weight increased by 18.78% and 30%. Thus, based on the experimental results, this study show the promise of oxygation to be applied for field crop.
