中国实施国家质量战略的技术路径研究

he promulgation of Quality Development Compendium(2011-2020), which points out clear strategy and actions for actualizing national quality strategy. Furthermore, the First China's Quality Conference and the First Chinese Brand Forum were held in 2014-2015, QUALITY has been promoted to the height of National strategy. Started with literatures review, this paper puts forward a technology thinking frame which includes six elements such as core technology's research and development, quality education, quality legal institution, quality ethics, quality culture and quality strategic target. Furthermore, the interrelation of these six elements is analyzed. It presents a technological path for national quality strategy of China.
