以SBA-15为衬度载体,采用过渡金属含硫盐低温转化法成功构建了限域于SBA-15孔道内的MoS2晶簇堆积层数和晶片长度均一的活性相。通过HRTEM分析可以更直接的观测过渡金属硫化物活性相的确切微观结构,SBA-15孔道内的MoS2晶簇的堆积层数集中为4-5层,而晶片长度集中为5nm左右。在DBT的加氢脱硫实验中,MoS/SBA-15催化剂具有比MoS/Al2O3催化剂更高的活性和选择性。

In this paper, the contruction of active phase of transition metal sulfides confined within the channel of SBA-15 was performed by the thermal decomposition of the transition metal salt of the active components to elucidate the structure-activity between the active phase morphology and the catalytic performance. The HRTEM analysis results showed that the distributions of MoS2 particles over the SBA support were more uniform, and the slab lengths was 5 nm and the predominant slabs was 4~5. The evaluation results of the catalytic performance in hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of dibenzothiophene (DBT) indicated that the MoS/SBA catalyst showed higher HDS activity than that of the MoS/Al2O3 catalyst.
