基于MAPGIS的全国第二次农村土地调查方法研究
Research Methods of The Second National Rural Land Survey Based on MAPGIS
本文以山西省朔城区为例阐述了全国第二次土地调查的基本流程，重点阐述了在MAPGIS平台下的内业处理工作，对内业处理过程中遇到的问题进行了全面的分析总结。在问题解决的基础上利用VCT转换工具将内业成果转换成国家要求的标准格式，完成了朔城区土地利用数据库的建设，为该区科学规划、合理利用、有效保护土地资源提供了基础数据。
his thesis elaborates the process of the Second National Land Survey on the example of shuochengqu county,shanxi province, which emphasizes on the indoor manipulation of MAPGIS. It gives comprehensive analysis and summary to the problems encountered during the whole flow. With the problems resolved, the indoor data is transformed into national standard format using the VCT conversion tools. The land use database of shuochengqu county is then established, providing basic data for scientific planning, rational utilization of land resources and effective protection of this area.
