大学生创新创业能力的因素分析及培养对策

his article will analyze the connotation of the college students' capacity for innovation and entrepreneurship briefly from the three aspects of entrepreneurial environment, innovation capacity and entrepreneurship. On this basis noted the training defects of above capacity, including the five levels of undergraduates themselves, families, universities, government, and society. To construct a basic model undergraduates' capacity for innovation and entrepreneurship and analyze various factors that affect the capacity. Proposing four suggestions based on the models of innovation and entrepreneurship quality to solve those defects. First, students' sense of self-cultivation and the family play an active role in supporting the entrepreneurial activities in college; Second, the university effect of enlightenment and promotion in innovation and entrepreneurship; Third，government provides financing system and security systems of entrepreneurship to provide certain safeguards for college students. Fourth， social forces to support resources，the economy and stimulate innovation of undergraduates' capacity for innovation and entrepreneurship.
