为了用钢结构建造现有的上钢下砼高层煤气化工业厂房,本文采用有限元软件ANSYS对高层钢结构煤气化工业厂房进行了多遇地震下的弹性时程分析,探讨设置粘滞流体阻尼器的高层钢结构煤气化工业厂房的动力性能。选用28% 的El centro 和37%的Taft地震波模拟七度地震影响,提取这两种地震波作用下的层位移、层剪力以及顶层质心位移和加速度时程,并对有粘滞流体阻尼器和无粘滞流体阻尼器两个模型进行了对比分析。结果表明,设置有粘滞流体阻尼器的高层钢结构煤气化工业厂房可以替代现有的上钢下砼的高层煤气化工业厂房。有关结论可供工程设计者参考使用。

In order to use the tall steel Coal-Gasification Plant alternative for the lower part of the concrete structure, steel structure for the upper part of the Coal-Gasification Plant, using ANSYS finite element software to do the time-history analysis.And then dicuss performance of the coal-gasification plant with fluid viscous damper. Time-history analysis select two types of seismic waves which are El centro and Taft. Extract layers of displacement, shear As well as the top center of displacement and acceleration . The Conclusion carry out: the tall steel Coal-Gasification Plant with fluid viscous damper can alternate for the lower part of the concrete structure, steel structure for the upper part of the Coal-Gasification Plant.
