l/SiC/MoS2自润滑复合材料的耐磨性研究
Research Wear Resistance on Self-lubricating
本论文对铸造的Al/SiC/MoS2自润滑复合材料的进行组织观察及在MM-200型摩擦磨损试验机摩擦学性能参数进行了测定,结果表明:MoS2与Al基体的润湿性很好,均匀的分布在基体中,在磨损试验中添加MoS2作为固体润滑剂制备出Al/SiC/MoS2自润滑复合材料耐磨性优于同类的其他材料,Al/SiC/MoS2自润滑复合材料是一种很有潜力的自润滑复合材料。
In this paper, A series of Al/SiC/MoS2 self-lubricating composite material are made by cast. Microstructure are observation show that wettability are good between SiC and Al matrix and MoS2 is well integrated into Al matrix. By using MM-200 equipment measured the friction and wear resistance , showed that: the wear resistance of Al/SiC/MoS2 self-lubricating composite material which adding MoS2 as a solid lubricant is superior to other composites of a kind, Al/SiC/MoS2 self-lubricating composite materials are a promising potential self-lubricating composite materials.
