采用两步阳极氧化法在纯钛片上制备规整有序的TiO2纳米管阵列,通过调节氨水浓度确定碲与镉在TiO2纳米管阵列衬底上的欠电势共沉积电位,成功地制备出CdTe/TiO2纳米管阵列同轴异质结薄膜电极。利用XRD、EDX、FSEM、UV-Vis、线性扫描伏安法、电化学交流阻抗法等测试手段对三种不同沉积电量的CdTe/TiO2纳米管阵列同轴异质结的晶型、形貌、光学性质、光电性能和电化学特性进行了表征。结果表明当CdTe的沉积电量为8C时,CdTe/TiO2纳米管阵列同轴异质结在可见光有较强吸收,在光电反应过程中克服的势垒最小,光生载流子迁移率最快。其光电转换效率由敏化前的1.35%提高到7.64%。

he highly ordered TiO2 nanotube arrays on pure titanium are prepared by using the two-step anodic oxidation method. The co-deposition potential of underpotential deposition (UPD) of Cd and Te elements on TiO2 nanotubes array substrate is determined by adjusting the ammonia concentration, and the thin film electrodes with CdTe/TiO2 nanotube arrays coaxial heterogeneous structure are successfully obtained. The crystalline structure, morphology, optical performance, photoelectric activity, and electrolchemical properties of samples with the coaxial heterogeneous structure that were fabricated using the three different deposition charge amounts are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectrophotometry (EDX), ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis), linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and other testing means. The results show that the CdTe/TiO2 nanotube array coaxial heterojunctions fabricated using 8C charge amount have highest photo absorption rate under the visible light, smallest barrier to overcome in the process of photoelectric response, and fastest photoinduced carrier mobility among the samples investigated. The as-prepared coaxial heterojunction sample exhibits a remarkable improved photoconversion efficiency of 7.64 % compared with that of the pure TiO2 nanotube substrate before sensitization (1.35 %).
