对一类只在种群成年阶段中传播的传染病,建立了分阶段结构的SEIS传染病模型,得到了模型的阈值参数, 证明了当阈值 时疾病消失,成为无病平衡点;当阈值 时发展成为地方病,并且分析了各类平衡点的稳定性.

In this paper an SEIS epidemic model with stage-structure is proposed. The threshold parameter of the model is derived, and prove that the epidemic will die out when the threshold is less than or equal to one; otherwise the epidemic will become local epidemic. In addition to, the stability of epidemic equilibrium is studied.
