从劳动交换看农村社会结构的变迁——基于陕南闫沟村的调研

In order to understand the development trend of the Rural social structure changes and the Rural labor exchange phenomenon in China, an investigation was carried on YanGou administrative village in the southern Shaanxi province, and the research result was thoroughly discussed by selected the Rural labor exchange phenomenon as the starting point of this study. It was found that the elementary factors, such as the subject, structure type，exchangeable object and labor exchange rules, are all changed in the transition period of China society. And the result also indicted that the characteristics of the Rural social structure was coexist with the tradition and modernity. It was can be predicted that rural Labor exchange would be more highly organized and market-orient than ever according to the changes of Rural social structure.
