光纤光栅传感器解调技术研究

Research of demodulation of Fiber Grating Sensor

光纤光栅是一种光纤无源器件,广泛应用于航天、民用工程等领域,具有广阔的发展前景。光纤光栅传感器的信号解调技术是光纤光栅传感器走向实用化的关键技术,其作用是将光纤光栅的波长信号及时、准确地提取出来并且无失真地再现被测信号随时间的变化情况。本文介绍了光纤光栅传感器的基本原理,分析了六种常用的光纤光栅传感器信号解调方法:滤波法、干涉法、可调谐光源解调法、啁啾光栅检测法、光栅色散法以及基于Compound 干涉的解调法。本文分别分析了这六种解调方法的工作原理,并给出了典型的实验原理图;分别对各种解调方法的性能进行了评述,并对其优点和缺点进行了分析比较。

Fiber Grating, a fiber-passive device, is widely applied in spaceflight and civil engineer field, and thus has bright future. Demodulation is the key point for the application of fiber grating sensors, with the function of reflecting the relationship of wavelength and the measured objects. We introduce the fundamental principles of fiber grating sensors, and analyze six demodulation methods: filtering, interference, tunable light source demodulation, chirp fiber grating detecting, fiber grating dispersing, and compound-based interference demodulation. We analyze fundamental principles of these six demodulation methods, evaluate the performances of each demodulation method, and compare the merits and shortcomings.
