Matching Circuit Design of RF Power Amplifier Under 900MHz Frequency Band
本文阐述了射频功率放大器匹配网络设计的基本原理与技术难点,并提出了一种有效的应用计算机软件进行复阻抗计算的方法,并应用串联型匹配网络设计方法进行了电路设计的实践,并对其关键技术进行了分析。以Freescale 的MRF5S9070NR1型号功率放大器为样片,参考芯片的DATASHEET参数,进行了匹配电路的设计,并应用高精度的频谱仪表和信号发生器进行了双音频射频电路测试,并记录测试数据。最后对所得测试数据与Freescale公司给出的芯片参数进行了分析,验证了本文中匹配网络设计方法。
In this paper, it has been introduced that the matching network design of RF power amplifier and the technical difficulties of the basic principles. Meanwhile, a new method of calculating the complex impedance,which is more effctive, is propoed.The paper practices the methods of matching network design and the key technology is analyzed.Using Freescale's MRF5S9070NR1 of Power amplifier CMOS chip for the sample, the dual audio testing-which is generated by a RF signal generator-is performed, according to the reference chip DATASHEET parameters . The test data are shown by the Spectrum Analyser and recorded.Finally,the differences of theoretical data and testing data are compared,and the conclusion is given.
