本文以长链巯基化合物巯基十一酸(MUA)为表面配体,采用微波辅助加热方法水相合成了高荧光亮度的碲化镉量子点。对合成反应条件进行了系统研究,并采用透射电镜、XRD等方法对产物进行了表征。实验结果表明,MUA包覆的量子点具有小尺寸,良好的稳定性,高荧光亮度和长荧光寿命等特点。特别是荧光相关光谱研究发现,不同于其它巯基配体合成的量子点,该量子点在表面形成更厚的配体层,从而促使量子点具有更好的稳定性和与生物分子的连接效率。

In this paper, a one-step approach for aqueous synthesis of highly luminescent semiconductors CdTe QDs was described in microwave irradiation system, using a long-chain thiols-mercaptoundecanoic acid (MUA) as surface ligand. The synthetic conditions were systematically investigated. The as-prepared MUA-capped QDs were characterized by various spectroscopy techniques, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The experimental results document that MUA-capped CdTe QDs possesses small diameter, good stability, high luminescence and long lifetime. Particularly, it was confirmed with fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) that compared with other ligand, MUA formed a thicker ligand layer on QDs surface, which will help to their stability and conjugation with biomolecules.
