温湿度对朱顶红开花过程的影响

朱顶红为石蒜科(Amaryllidaceae )、孤挺花属的多年生具有鳞茎的草本植物。通过观察室温条件下朱顶红开花过程中花被与雌、雄蕊的动态变化,探明花部结构对传粉的适应性,并探究温度和湿度对朱顶红开花过程的影响,研究结果表明:(1)室温条件(25℃,75±5%RH)下,花被口径逐步增大,花丝随花被张开而下沉,花瓣张开口径与花丝下沉角度呈负相关(R2=0.8917)。花药开裂时,花柱长于花丝,柱头在前,花药在后,此时花柱三叉柱头未展开,花药从第1枚开裂至第6枚开裂历时4小时,从第1枚开始缩短至第6枚缩短结束历时12.5h,由1.75cm缩短至0.5cm。花药开裂结束后,花柱开始上翘,柱头在上,花药在下,三叉柱头打开接受授粉;(2)高温条件(30℃,75±5%RH)下,花药开裂的同步性较高,6枚花药开裂历时2.5小时;花药缩短历时(7.75h)极显著变短;(3)高湿条件(25℃,90±5%RH)下,花被张开口径极显著减小,花药开裂的异步性明显,6枚花药开裂历时11小时,花药缩短历时(20h)极显著变长;朱顶红的雌、雄蕊动态变化表现出对传粉的适应体现在,雌雄蕊通过发育异熟和位置错落避免了自花授粉,高温促进开花,而高湿度可延缓开花过程,本研究结果为传粉生物学和朱顶红产业化提供科学依据。
Hippeastrum vittatum belongs to Amaryllidaceae, a perennial herb with a amaryllis bulb flower genus. Through observing the dynamic changes of petals, stamens and pistils, we aimed to study the adaptability of floral structure in pollination, and explore the possible impacts of temperature and humidity on Hippeastrum vittatum flowering process. Research indicated that: (1) When the flowers were at room temperature (25℃, 75±5%RH), the caliber of perianth increased gradually, filaments with perianth opened and started to sink, and the diameter of petals increased and angle of the sinking were negatively correlated (R2 = 0.8917). When the anther of the flower was dehiscing, the styles were longer than filaments. The stigmas were before the anthers, and trigeminal stigmas haven't expanded, the cracking process of all of anthers lasted four hours. The shortening process of all anthers lasted 12.5h, from 1.75cm to 0.5cm. In the end of this dehiscence, the styles turned upward, and the stigmas were above anthers while trigeminal stigmas opened to accept the pollination; (2)When the flowers were under high-temperature conditions(30℃,75±5% RH), the dehiscence of anthers was highly synchronical, the whole dehiscing process of anthers lasted 2.5 hours; the duration (7.75h) of anthers shortening process was significantly shorter than regularity. (3)When the flowers were under high-humidity conditions (25℃, 90±5%RH), the opening caliber perianth significantly reduced, and the dehiscing of anthers was significantly asynchronous, the whole dehiscing process of anthers lasted 11 hours, the duration (7.75h) of anthers shortening process was significantly longer than regularity. Dynamic changes of pistils and stamens in flowers exhibite adaptation to pollination. Pistils and stamens mature in different time and diffierent locations to avoid self-pollination. A high temperature can promote flowering process, and high humidity can delay flowering process. The results of this study provide a scientific basis for the pollination biology and Hippeastrum vittatum industrialization.
