粘着控制实验平台中的交流永磁同步电机
Study on Speed Control System of Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Motor for Re-adhesion Control Simulator
介绍了永磁同步电机在同步旋转坐标系下的数学模型,提出了一种具有较强工程应用价值的永磁同步电机参数辨识方法,采用直轴电流阶跃响应实验同时辨识定子电阻和直轴电感,脉冲电压实验检测交轴电感,速度驱动实验检测转子磁通。在参数辨识结果的基础上讨论了基于矢量控制永磁同步电机调速系统电流环和速度环的设计。在基于TMS320F2812 DSP的粘着控制实验平台上进行了实验。实验结果表明参数辨识方法是正确的,调速系统具有良好的动态和稳态性能。
he mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) under d-q axis is introduced. A method with a strong engineering value of PMSM parameters identification is presented. The stator resistance and direct inductance are detected using step response test of direct current, quadrature inductance is measured by applying pulse voltage to PMSM, rotor flux is identified under speed driven condition. Based on vector control, speed control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed, including the design of current loop and speed loop. Do experiments on TMS320F2812 DSP-based adhesion control platform. The experimental results show that parameter identification method is feasible and speed control system has good dynamic and static performance.
