YY1在胰岛素瘤中的表达及意义

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of YY1 in human insulinoma. Methods The protein expression of YY1 in benign and malignant insulinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Result The protein expression of YY1 in all tumor tissues, protein expression of YY1 in malignant tissues was higer than benign tissues. protein expression of YY1 in insulinoma tissues was positively correlated with tumor character, the higer protein expression of YY1 in insulinoma,the more malignant potencial in tumour. Conclusion The high protein expression of YY1 may be participate in the development of insulinima.YY1 may be a new tumour marker for detecting the malignant transformation of insulinoma.
