垄作免耕播种机三维建模研究

垄作与保护性耕作相结合是一项重要技术,东北高寒易旱区发展垄作保护性耕作的主要作用是抵御春旱、控制风蚀、逐步培肥地力,同时在播时可以利用机械清除垄上杂草,而垄沟则可利用秸秆覆盖抑制杂草的生长,减轻了对除草剂的依赖。根据垄作技术与保护性耕作技术的特点,对垄作免耕播种机进行三维建模研究。分别对垄作免耕播种机的机架、切草圆盘、开沟器、种肥箱、镇压轮、仿形轮、修垄器等进行三维模型建立。该机可在玉米茬地一次性完成施肥、播种、覆土、镇压等多项作业,减少机器进地次数。研究垄作免耕播种机的三位建模,有利于推广垄作免耕播种技术,更好地结合垄作与保护性耕作的优势。

According to the characteristics of planting technology and conservation tillage technology, 3D modeling of ridge-till and no-till planter is Researched, including the planter frame, grass cutting disc, a furrow opener, a fertilizer box, pressing wheel and reshaped device etc.. The machine can finish the fertilization, seeding, soil covering, suppression and so on, and reduce the number of times of the machine. Three modeling of planter is useful to conducive to the promotion of no tillage seeding technique, and is a better combination of advantages of ridge tillage and conservation tillage.
