Preparition and Properties of a kind of Thermalplastic Copolymide

以3,3',4,4'-二苯甲酮四羧酸二酐(BTDA),4,4-氧双邻苯二甲酸酐(OPDA)作为二酐,用4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)和对苯二胺(p-PDA)作为二胺,在N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)溶剂中,通过常规两步法合成了共聚型聚酰亚胺,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明:所得聚酰亚胺的玻璃化温度介于260~290℃,表现出优异的热加工潜力,同时具有较好的热稳定性及综合性能。

copolyimide was synthesized via the conventional two-step thermal process by using 4,4'-diaminodipheny ether (ODA) and para-phenylene diamine (p-PDA) as the diamine monomer, 3,3',4,4'-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA), Oxydiphthalicanhydride (ODPA) as the dianhydride monomer in N-Methy1-2 -pyrrolidone (NMP). The properties were evaluated and the results showed that the glass transition temperatures of the copolyimides prepared are in the range of 260~290℃ with good heat and processing potential. Meanwile, they have good thermal stability and combination properties.
