基于层换热理论的竖埋管地下换热器设计方法

本文介绍了竖埋管地源热泵系统地下换热器的三维传热温度场数学模型,计算得到了地下换热器的换热机理,提出了层换热理论。竖埋管地下换热器及其周围岩土的温度场分布可以分为三个换热区-饱和换热区、换热区、未换热区。该三区换热理论否定了在二维传热理论基础上的部分结论。该换热理论和实际工程测试数据比较,吻合较好。在此基础上,指出了目前地下换热器设计的错误方法,提出在动态负荷下确定地下换热器的埋深等新方法。上述成果对今后地下蓄能冷暖联供系统设计应用和推广都会起到重要的指导意义。
In this article, a 3-D mathematic model for heat transferring temperature field of vertically buried heat interchanger of GSHP(Ground Source Heat Pumps)system was presented and the mechanism of heat transfer of the interchanger was calculated to form the laminated heat transfer theory. The temperature field distribution of the vertically buried heat interchanger and its surrounding earth rock was proved to fall out three heat transferring areas-the fully- heat- transferring area, heat transferring area, and the none- heat-transferring area. The three-area heat transfer theory has denied part of conclusions based on the 2-D heat transfer theory. The comparison indicated that the heat transfer theory and the practical testing data collected from real construction sites dovetailed nicely. On such base, the author pointed out the wrong methods which were employed in designing the ground heat interchanger at present, furthermore, put forwards the new methods such as the deeply bury under dynamic load. The study results will be of great significance in application and promotion of the design of heat-cold combined supply of underground energy storage in the long run.
