泡孔结构对碳纳米管/聚合物泡沫场发射的增强
Improvement Field Emission of Carbon Nanotube/Polyurethane Foam Composites by Cellular Wall Field Enhancement Structure
文中采用改进的Hummer氧化法制备了氧化石墨烯。分离提纯后进一步采用微孔滤膜过滤可以得柔性的石墨烯膜。利用加热还原的方法可以的到可用于场发射的柔性石墨烯自支撑膜。这种石墨烯膜的开启场为2.34/μm,可以作一种柔性的电子发射阴极。
In this paper, the electron field-emission characteristics of carbon-nanotube-polymer composites produced by static casting were reported. An emission current density of 1 mA/cm2 was obtained at an operating electric field of 1.4 V/μm with a turn-on field of 0.6 V/μm at 0.01 mA/cm2 by using 2% volume fraction of CNT in polymer composites. Such low field is resulted from a high field enhancement factor of 2.34×104 due to the combined effects of the high intrinsic aspect ratio of carbon nanotubes and the typical cellular structure of polymer composites.
