O2热泵热水器系统稳态模拟与运行参数研究
Steady state simulation and parameter analysis of a CO2 Heat Pump Water Heater
针对CO2热泵热水器进行了稳态模拟研究,系统数学模型包括压缩机、套管式换热器、电子膨胀阀与翅片管式蒸发器的计算模型。为了兼顾运算的精确度与效率,蒸发器采用移动边界模型,对于两相区与单相过热区分别采用分段集中参数模型。系统级模型分别采用两种控制算法:电子膨胀阀开度保持不变;高压侧压力保持不变,尤其是对应于最大COP值的高压压力。利用该数学模型对不同工况的运行特性进行了预测与分析。结果表明,模拟计算结果与实验数据吻合良好。此外,对于一些关键系统参数对于优化设计的影响也进行了分析。
he steady state model was developed for a carbon dioxide heat pump water heater, including a compressor, a tube-in-tube gas cooler, an electronic expansion valve and a finned-tube evaporator. The moving boundary method was used in the heat exchanger model considering both calculation accuracy and efficiency. Two control schemes were taken into account in the system level model: the expansion valve opening is kept constant; or the high-side pressure is kept constant, and especially it is the optimum high-side pressure, which presents the maximum COP. Based on the model, system performances were predicted under different working conditions. The results show that there is good quantitative agreement between the model prediction results and the experimental data. Furthermore, the effects of some key parameters were discussed for the purpose of optimal design.
