New technology for KNN lead-free piezoelectric ceramics

锆钛酸铅(PZT)陶瓷以及PZT基三元铁电陶瓷是性能优越的压电材料,被广泛应用于传感、驱动以及其他电子设备。从保护环境的角度出发,迫切需要开发出无铅材料来取代含铅的压电陶瓷。(K,Na)NbO3 (KNN)陶瓷由于具有高的居里温度和压电性能而成为最重要的无铅压电取代材料之一。本文结合近期国内外有关无铅压电陶瓷论文、著作等,综述了目前无铅压电陶瓷在掺杂改性,粉体制备,晶粒定向生长,烧结方法等方面的相关进展。

Lead zirconium titanate (PZT) ceramics and PZT-based ternary-component ferroelectrics are high-performance piezoelectric materials, which are widely used in sensors, actuators and other electronic devices. From the viewpoint of environmental protection, it is desired to develop lead-free materials. (K,Na)NbO3 (KNN) based ceramics, a kind of lead-free piezoelectric materials, is one of the best candidates for PZT duo to its high Curie temperature point and excellent piezoelectric properties. This paper summarized the new technologies for fabricating KNN-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, including doping method, powder synthesis, template grain growth, sintering method, and so on.
