自我职业生涯管理、工作满意度与离职倾向关系研究--来自江苏农村基层就业大学生的数据
Research of the Relationship among Career Self-management,Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention
以301名江苏地区面向农村就业的大学生为样本,采用结构方程模型对自我职业生涯管理、工作满意度与离职倾向的关系进行实证分析。研究结果显示:自我职业生涯管理三维度间显著正相关,职业目标确立在职业探索对职业策略实施的正向影响中具有中介作用;自我职业生涯管理三维度对工作满意度、离职倾向具有预测作用;而工作满意度对离职倾向的预测力并不明显。
Based on a sample of 301 rural employees who are college-graduates worked in Jiangsu Province, this paper conducts an empirical study on the relationship among career self-management, job satisfaction and turnover intention. Dates were analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results prove that all the three factors of career self-management, career exploration, career goal setting and career strategy implementation, are positively correlated to each other. And career goal setting is found to functioning as a mediator between career exploration and strategy implementation. Besides, each of the three factors of career self-management has positive impact on satisfaction and turnover intention. The significant relationship between satisfaction and turnover intention is not found in this paper.
