利用遗传算法优化线控转向系统模型参数的研究
Research on Optimization of Steer-by-Wire System Model Parameters Using Genetic Algorithm
汽车转向系统动力学建模的难点在于参数获得的困难。遗传优化算法不需精确的初始猜测值,收敛快速,是一种实用、高效、鲁棒性强的优化技术。线控转向系统整车模型采用自行车模型,轮胎模型采用一阶迟滞动力学模型。基于Matlab平台调用其遗传算法工具箱函数,利用遗传算法优化模型的三个参数,使模型输出与试验结果吻合。试验结果表明,遗传算法优化得到的模型是准确可信的,可以用于汽车操纵稳定性的仿真。
ifficulty in modeling vehicle steering dynamics is hard to attain parameters. Genetic algorithm needn’t accurate original guess values ,converge fast and is an effective and robust optimization technology .Full vehicle model of Steer-by-Wire system adopts bicycle model and tire model adopts the first step lag dynamics model. Genetic algorithm toolbox is called based on Matlab platform and three model parameters are optimized by genetic algorithm to make model outputs coincide with experimental results. Experimental results show that model optimized by genetic algorithm is valid and can be used for simulation of vehicle handling and stability.
