健脾益气摄血方对ITP模型小鼠血清SIgA和β-EP影响研究
Effect of prescription JIANPIYIQISHEXUE on SIgA and β-EP in serum from mice model of ITP
目的:研究健脾益气摄血方对ITP小鼠血清中SIgA(分泌型免疫球蛋白A)、β-EP(β-内啡肽)的影响。方法:免疫造模法建立ITP小鼠模型,以强的松和健脾益气摄血方(颗粒)为干预药物,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测小鼠血清SIgA和β-EP含量。结果:①与空白对照组比较,模型小鼠血清SIgA、β-EP含量升高,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。②与模型对照组比较,经强的松干预治疗后SIgA含量下调,有统计学意义(p<0.05);经健脾益气摄血方干预后,β-EP含量下调,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结果提示,强的松对SIgA、β-EP均有调节效应;健脾益气摄血方虽然不能调控SIgA,但对β-EP具有调控作用。结论:健脾益气摄血方治疗ITP效应机制与调控β-EP含量,影响免疫问答有一定关系。
Objectives: To investigate the effect of prescription JIANPIYIQISHEXUE on SIgA and β-EP in serum from ITP mice model. Methods: The mice model of ITP was established by immune method. Prednisone and prescription JIANPIYIQISHEXUE (granules) were given, and the changes of SIgA and β-EP in serum were detected by ELISA. Results: ① The content of SIgA and β-EP in serum was up-regulated in ITP group (p<0.05). ② Compared with ITP group, the content of SIgA reduced in prednisone group (p<0.05), the content of β-EP reduced in JIANPIYIQISHEXUE group (p<0.05). The results showed SIgA and β-EP were both regulated by prednisone, and only β-EP was regulated by prescription JIANPIYIQISHEXUE. Conclusions: The mechanism of the regulation of ITP by prescription JIANPIYIQISHEXUE was related with β-EP and the immune response.
