地下综合管廊钢支墩形式及其性能研究

摘要
本文以厦门机场综合管廊为背景,介绍综合管廊支墩在国家新的需求下的低碳设计和可调节式设计。本次支墩采用钢结构设计,钢结构到达使用寿命时,钢材可进行回收,回炉后重新使用。本文根据厦门综合管廊设计建设内容,设计钢支墩体系,并对各种形式的钢支墩进行设计和计算。本次计算采用实体板单元有限元分析,通过细致的设计和计算,查看各个体系在荷载作用下的结构应力、变形、整体稳定性的变化。?
Abstract
Based on the comprehensive pipe gallery of Xiamen airport, this paper introduces the low-carbon design and adjustable design of the buttress of the comprehensive pipe gallery under the new national demand. The buttress adopts steel structure design. When the steel structure reaches its service life, the steel can be recycled and reused after returning to the furnace. According to the design and construction content of Xiamen comprehensive pipe gallery, this paper designs the steel buttress system, and designs and calculates various forms of steel buttresses. This calculation adopts solid plate element finite element analysis. Through detailed design and calculation, we can check the changes of structural stress, deformation and overall stability of each system under load.?关键词
