城市污水处理厂活性污泥中硝化菌群落结构与功能分析研究
Nitrifiers' community in Activated Sludge of Sewage Treatment Plants
城市污水处理工艺中硝化菌群落结构与功能分析对控制和提高污水处理过程中脱氮的稳定运行具有重要的指导作用。采用荧光原位杂交方法对西安市第二污水处理厂(二污)及第三污水处理厂(三污)活性污泥的硝化菌群落结构与功能进行分析。结果表明,二污氮负荷(0.095 kgN/m3od)高于三污氮负荷(0.065 kgN/m3od),二污活性污泥的硝化性能也相应较高,但是硝化菌含量和优势菌群无明显差异。二污和三污硝化菌百分含量(平均值)分别为6.6±1.5%和8.4±3.1%;氨氧化菌(AOB)优势菌均为Nitrosomonas europaeaNitrosococcus mobilis,亚硝酸盐氧化菌(NOB)优势菌均为Nitrospira spp.,这可能是因为两个污水厂均为氧化沟工艺,在正常运行条件下,由于生化系统对进水具有一定的稀释和缓冲作用,导致生化系统内的微生物生存条件相似所致。
Nitrifiers' function and community structure is of vital importance to stable nitrification in sewage treatment plants (STP), we investigated the nitrifiers' community in activated sludge collected from the 2nd and 3rd STP in Xi'an by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) techniques. The results showed that,the nitrogen load and the nitrification activity in the activated sludge of 2nd STP were higher than the 3rd STP, while there was no significant difference between the nitrifiers community of both STPs. (AOB+NOB)/DAPI were 6.6±1.5% and 8.4±3.1% in the activated sludge of 2nd STP and 3rd STP respectively. The dominant AOB and NOB was Nitrosomonas europaea Nitrosococcus mobilis and Nitrospira in both WWTPs.
