本文使用大功率Nd:YAG激光,对模拟球墨铸铁活塞环槽的试样进行了表面相变硬化,试样环槽的宽度只有4毫米,硬化层宽度要求达到5~7mm,在实验中采用了单道扫描和斜入射的工艺方法,最终得到了符合要求的硬化层型貌和指标。
he powerful Nd:YAG laser was used to harden the surface of prison ring groove of nodular iron, the width of piston ring groove only was 4mm, the width of hardening layer should be 7mm, the methods of single scanning and tilted irradiation was used, at last the regular hardening layer was acquired.
