微波辐照下煤中噻吩类物质的氧化脱除规律
Oxidative removal regular of thiophene substances in coal under microwave
煤炭微波脱硫是一种新的脱硫方法,而在煤炭微波脱硫过程中有机硫的迁移变化规律研究一直是一个难点。本文在微波与助剂联合作用下,以H2O2/有机酸体系为氧化剂,将溶有二苯并对噻吩的正辛烷溶液作为煤的含硫模型物,研究了煤中噻吩类物质在微波条件下的反应规律及机理。详细考察并分析了不同有机酸、氧化剂配比、氧化剂用量、微波功率、反应时间以及温度对氧化脱硫效果的影响。实验结果表明:微波条件下H2O2/HCOOH氧化效果好于H2O2/CH3COOH;二苯并对噻吩的氧化产物只有二苯并噻吩砜;在最优条件下,即微波功率400W,反应时间60s,V(模型物):V(氧化物)=4:1,V(H2O2):V(HCOOH)=1:1,二苯并对噻吩的脱除率达到95.4%。
oal desulfurization by microwave radiation is a new method, however, the variation and migration rules of organic sulfur in coal have always been a difficulty during the process of coal desulfurization by microwave radiation. In this paper, the reaction rule and mechanism of thiophene matters in coal under the microwave condition were studied, H2O2/organic acids system as the oxidant and the solution that DBT dissolved in n-octane as model sulfur compound of coal. The various organic acids, the ratio of H2O2/acids, the amount of oxidant, microwave power, reaction time and temperature on the oxidative desulfurization effect were researched and analyzed in detail. The experimental results show that: H2O2/HCOOH oxidation effect is better than H2O2/CH3COOH's; the DBT oxidation product is dibenzothiophene sulfone; the DBT removal rate can reaches 95.4% under the optimal conditions(the microwave power is 400 w, the reaction time is 60 s, V (model) : V (oxide) = 4:1, V (H2O2) : V (HCOOH) = 1:1).
