温和条件下纳米CuO-Cu2O催化氧化碱木质素合成酚类衍生物研究
uO-Cu2O-catalyzed the oxygenation of lignin to phenolic derivatives under relatively mild conditions
以硝酸铜为原料,采用氢氧化钠沉淀和水合肼部分还原法制备了纳米级的CuO-Cu2O混合物氧化物。用XRD和SEM对催化剂进行了表征,在温和反应条件下(95℃,1atm),研究了CuO-Cu2O催化分子氧氧化碱木质素的反应。结果表明,CuO-Cu2O是这一反应的有效催化剂,其催化性能明显优于纯的Cu2O和CuO,在优化反应条件下,木质素的降解率为68.89 %,酚类氧化产物丁香酸、香兰素、丁香醛和乙酰丁香酮的总收率可达16.65 %,且催化剂的重复使用性能优良。
CuO-Cu2O mixed oxide was prepared via two steps, involving the precipitation of copper nitrate by NaOH soulution, followed by a partly reduction of the precipitate with hydrazine hydrate solution. The crystal structure and morphology of the above catalysts were characterized using the X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The CuO-catalyzed oxidation of lignin by O2 to phenolic derivatives in alkaline solution was evaluated under mild conditions (95℃, 1atm). The results show that the mixed oxide was effective to this reaction and showed a higher activity than the pure Cu2O and especially CuO. Under the optimized reaction conditions, CuO-Cu2O could achieve ca. 68.89 % degradation rate of lignin, providing ca. 16.65 % yield for the main phenolic products syringic acid, vanillic aldehyde, syringaldehyde and acetosyringone. Moreover, it has a good reusability.
