一种新型全固态聚合物电解质的制备和研究

以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,采用半连续种子乳液 聚合法制备了无规共聚物 P(VAc-MMA),再以四氢呋喃(THF)为溶剂,机械搅拌混入 LiClO4,制备了聚合物电解质。FTIR 测试表明P(VAc-MMA)已经聚合生成,用XRD 对 不同单体投料比下共聚物中的无定形相进行分析;TG、力学性能和电化学交流阻抗测试表 明,P(VAc-MMA)为基体的聚合物电解质具有很好的热稳定性,机械强度和较高的电导 率。在25℃不含增塑剂的条件下,离子电导率最高达到了1.2738×10-3S/cm;离子电导率随 着温度的升高而迅速增加,电导率—温度曲线符合Arrhenius 方程。

random copolymer P乮VAc-MMA乯 was synthesized via seeded emulsion copolymerization with monomers of vinyl acetate(VAc) and methyl methacrylate(MMA).The polymer electrolytes was prepared by blending P乮VAc-MMA乯 and LiClO4 in the solvent of tetrahydrofuran(THF). FTIR measurement demonstrated that the P乮VAc-MMA乯 had been polymerized,and the amorphous nature of the copolymer in different proportion monomer has been confirmed by XRD analysis.TG, mechanical testing and AC impedance demonstrated that the polymer electrolytes had good thermal stability, good mechanical properties and high ionic conductivity ,. The maximum ionic conductivity value was attained to be 1.2738亊10亅3S/ cm−1 at 25亷 with no plasticizer. Ionic conductivity increased with increasing temperature, the conductivity-temperature plots are found to follow an Arrhenius nature.
