基于形貌测量的结合面法向接触刚度计算

提出了一种通过对机加工表面微观形貌进行分析计算,得到结合面法向刚度的新方法,并给出了理论方法和算例分析。该方法将真实表面分解为粗糙度表面和波纹度表面,在粗糙度表面考虑微凸体的弹性变形,弹塑性变形,塑性变形,计算微小单位面积结合面法向接触刚度与接触压强的关系。在波纹度表面,计算达到粗糙度表面接触状态的实际接触面积比。综合两者,得出了实际接触表面法向接触刚度与接触压强的幂函数关系。最后通过实验验证,这种方法是有效的。
method to identify the contact stiffness of joint surface through the analysis of micro-topography of the contact surfaces is proposed in this paper. The theoretical method and an example is given. The measured surface is divided into roughness surface and waviness surface. On the roughness surface, the functional relation between contact stiffness per unit area and contact pressure is calculated. And the functional relation between real area of contact and contact pressure is developed on the waviness surface. A power function between contact stiffness and contact pressure of a real surface is obtained the combination of the two above rations. Experimental results show that the method is effective.
