兴趣导向型网站活跃度驱动因素统计分析及幂仿真验证

社交网络依然如火如荼,在以用户为核心的产品中,如何提高用户的活跃度,促进用户的持续使用,是产品运营管理者必须注重的关键点。社交网络特点各不相同,活跃度驱动因素因网站特点而不尽相同。本文以兴趣导向网站的典型代表--豆瓣网作为分析对象,构建了驱动因素基于用户体验作用于活跃度的驱动模型,其中用户体验起中介作用,文化价值、产品功能、兴趣影响和用户关系对于用户的活跃度均有正向显著影响。仿真分析验证兴趣的影响作用。
Social networking is still drawing much attation.The products are focusing on users.How to improve the user's activity and promote sustainable use is a key point to product operation managers.The driving factors of user activity is different due to the variety of characteristics in each website.In this paper,a typical representative of the interest-oriented websites-Douban has become the object.A driven-model which had impact on user activity was constructed based on the user experience.User experience played an intermediary role in the user experience.Cultural values,product features,and customer relationship had a positive significant effect on the user acitivity.Simulation analysis to verify the influence of interest.
