通过采用连续分级提取法研究了重庆市某新建人工湖沉积物磷的形态分布,并研究了pH值、温度、溶解氧和光照4个环境因子对人工湖沉积物磷的影响。结果表明:新建人工湖水库沉积物pH值介于5.34~8.12之间;总磷含量达到595.8~673.9mg/kg,无机磷占绝对优势,占91.50%~96.6%;而\\\"活性磷\\\"占总磷的12.00%~15.09%,其对水库富营养化程度影响不容忽视,其浓度分布为:湖心岛处>大坝处>湖东区>库尾>滞留区;有机磷是重要的\\\"磷蓄积库\\\",含量在20.5~55.8mg/kg之间,占总磷的3.43~8.53%,分布为:大坝处>湖东区>滞留区>湖心岛处>库尾;通过定期大坝底部的排水,可使人工湖内源磷污染得到一定的控制。新建人工湖沉积物磷随环境因素影响的变化,表现出先吸附后释放的特征;温度的升高有利于沉积物中磷的释放;pH值升高有利于底泥中磷的释放;水体溶解氧较低时,促进底泥中磷向水体释放;无光照条件下沉积物磷的释放明显高于有光照条件。

In this paper sequential extraction method was carried to analyze the distribution features of a new artificial lake in Chongqing, and the environment affecting factors of phosphorus in lake sediments were also studied, these factors include pH value, temperature, dissolved oxygen and light. The results show that the range of pH of the new artificial lake in Chongqing was from 5.34 to 8.12, the concentration of total phosphorus reached 595.8-673.89 mg/kg, and inorganic phosphorus was accounting for 91.50% ~ 96.6%, while \\\"active phosphorus\\\" for 12.00%~15.09%, which affect on the reservoir eutrophication cannot be ignored, its concentration distribution: Lake Island areas > Dam areas > Lake Eastern areas > Tail> Retention areas. Organic phosphorus was important for P accumulation, which concentration reaches to 20.5~55.8mg/kg, accounting for 3.43~8.53%, its concentration distribution: Dam areas > Lake Eastern areas > Retention areas > Lake Island areas > Tail .Through the bottom of the dam drain regularly, phosphorus pollution in the artificial lake can be controlled. Sediment nutrients in the new artificial lake, with changes in environmental factors, research showed the characteristics of releasing first after adsorption. Release of phosphorus in sediments increased rapidly when temperature rise. Higher pH was conducive to release sediment phosphorus. Low water dissolved oxygen would promote sediment phosphorus to release towards the water body. Phosphorus release in sediment in the absence of light conditions was significantly higher than that under light.
