基于CFD方法的倾转旋翼机贴地飞行流场的数值分析
Numerical Simulation of the Tiltrotor's IGE Flowfield Based on CFD Method
针对倾转旋翼机贴地飞行的地面效应问题,建立了基于非结构网格技术的旋翼流场CFD方法。在方法中,控制方程采用三维Euler方程,空间方向上采用Jameson格式,时间方向采用五步R-K迭代。旋翼对流场的作用采用动量源项模拟,采用物面边界模拟地面效应的作用,并对旋翼附近及旋翼与地面之间的网格进行加密处理。运用所建立的方法,首先选用有试验结果可供对比的旋翼计算,验证计算方法的有效性。着重研究了V-22"鱼鹰"倾转旋翼在不同高度悬停和小速度前飞状态下旋翼的流场特性。得出在悬停状态下,旋翼下洗流由于受到地面作用,不仅有单旋翼的增升现象,更有倾转旋翼所特有的现象,内侧气流向旋翼中线汇聚,转而向上运动,后又被桨盘吸入,形成类似机翼上表面的"喷泉效应"。针对不同前飞速度的干扰流场进行模拟,对比不同前进比下同一高度的压力系数分布,分析了不同前飞速度对流场特性的影响。
Focusing on the flowfield of a tiltrotor in ground effect (IGE), a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method based on unstructured grid technique is established. In this method, the three-dimensional Euler equations have been taken as governing equations, the discretization of convective fluxes and the time marching are completNumerical Simulation of the Flowfield of Tiltrotors in Ground Effect Based on CFD Methoded by Jameson scheme and five-step Runge-Kutta iteration respectively. The influence of the tiltrotor on its flowfield is modeled as a distribution of momentum source. The ground is simulated as a wall boundary. The grids near the rotor planes and between the rotors and the ground is refined. Firstly, the method in this paper is validated by comparing the calculated results with the experimental results, which shows those match well. The V-22 tiltrotors are adopted to calculate the characteristics of flowfield at different altitude in hover and in low-speed forward flight in the IGE. In hover, because of the effect of ground on the downwash of rotors , the rotor wakes form spanwise flows along the ground which meet at the centerline of the two rotors and form a fountain flow in a similar fashion to what happens on the wing upper surface. The flowfield is simulated at different forward speed, at the same time the influence of velocity on the characteristics of flowfield has been analyzed.
