罗氏沼虾气单胞菌MrM0602株的分离和致病性研究
Studies on isolation and pathogenicity of Aeromonas MrM0602
从濒死罗氏沼虾体内分离到菌株MrM0602, 经形态学观察及API 20E鉴定系统将其鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)。人工感染健康罗氏沼虾,其100%致死剂量为1×104CFU/ml,半致死剂量(LD50)为3.16×103CFU/ml。测定菌株MrM0602的胞外产物对小鼠、新西兰大白兔及甲鱼红细胞的溶血活性,表明胞外产物对甲鱼红细胞有一定的溶血活性,对小鼠红细胞有微弱的溶血活性,对新西兰兔红细胞无溶血活性。胞外蛋白酶活力测定表明,菌株MrM0602胞外产物具有很高的蛋白酶活力,且具有很强的耐热性。常规药物敏感性实验表明,菌株MrM0602对环丙沙星和恩诺沙星高度敏感,对环丙沙星和复方新诺明敏感。
Strain MrM0602 was isolated from the diseased Macrobrachium rosenbergi without obvious symptoms in Gaoyou of Jiangsu Province which was proved to pathogen by muscle injected challenged experiment. The healthy Macrobrachium rosenbergii were challenged by strain MrM0602 with 1×104 CFU/ml led to 100% mortality and LD50 of MrM0602 was 3.16×103 CFU /ml. Strain MrM0602 was identified as Aeromonas.hydrophila by morphologic and physiological-biochemical characteristics of Api 20E system. Hemolysis to rat, rabbit and turtle erythrocytes indicated that MrM0602 has low hemolysis capability to turtle and rat erythrocytes, but no hemolysis capability to rabbit erythrocytes. The experiment of enzyme activity of extracellular products((ECP) show that MrM0602 has high enzyme activity of ECP. Antibiotic sensitivity tests show that MrM0602 is significantly sensitive to Ciprofloxacin and Enrofloxacin, and sensitive to Ciprofloxacin and Sinomin Compositea.
