供给侧角度的产业结构优化机制及实证分析

Recently China\'s economic developed at a slow pace, focusing on the transformation of economic development pattern and emphasizing on an innovative, coordinate, green, open, shared developing concept. The optimization of industrial structure, which is the core of the supply-side reform and achieving the transformation of economic development mode, is beneficial to promote consumers\' demand, solve the employment problem, ease the pressure of environmental resources. This paper aims to study the internal mechanism of optimization of the industrial structure, focus on the analysis of specific factors promoting the optimization of industrial structure and provide policy suggestions. Based on Klaus Desmet and Esteban Rossi-Hansberg\'s spatial development theory, this paper establishes the model of industrial structure optimizing, finds the inherent laws of optimizing the industrial structure by analyzing the influencing factors of industrial structure, and then starts from input factors of China\'s industry on account of China\'s industry restructuring, does empirical analysis on the upgrading of the industrial structure, and at last comes to the conclusion that China should encourage technological innovation, keep price\'s stability, supply moderate public goods, guide the flow of employment, optimize income distribution in order to optimize the industrial structure. This paper which is innovative relates the technological spending, the level of consumption, the supply of public goods, the share of employment in industry, the proportion of industry revenue to the optimization of the industrial structure.
