Feeding metabolism and locomotion metabolism in fishes

摄食和运动不仅是动物最主要生理活动,同时也是机体代谢能量消耗的主要过程。在长期的进化过程中鱼类在摄食和运动方面逐渐形成了一系列的生理、行为和形态的适应特征。近年来我们以嘉陵江常见鱼类为实验对象,开展了大量相关研究。本文就我们的研究成果结合他人相关研究进行探讨,并指出了该方面研究将来可能的方向。

Feeding and locomotion were not only the primary physiological activities but also the main energy consumption processes in fishes. There are a series of physiology, behaviour and structure adaptiations in both physiology processes during long evolutionary history. The effects of biotic and abiotic factors on feeding and locomotion metabolism in some of frequent species in Jialing River have been investigated by us in the last several years. This paper was a review about these researches and some related paper documented by other researchers.
