粗粒煤的干法分选试验研究
Experimental Study on Dry Separation of Coarse Coal
采用空气重介质流化床,对三种不同形状的6-50mm煤炭颗粒进行分选实验研究。实验结果表明,煤炭颗粒的形状对空气重介质流化床的分选效果有显著影响,块状颗粒分选效果较好,柱状颗粒和片状颗粒分选效果相对较差。因此,在空气重介质流化床选煤的工业生产中,有必要采取措施控制入选煤中柱状和片状颗粒的含量。
dopting air dense medium fluidized bed, the three different shapes of coal particles, in the size range of 6-50mm, were separated in experimental study. The experimental results showed that, the shape of the coal particles significantly influenced the separation effect of air dense medium fluidized bed, separation effect of massive particles was better, but columnar particles and flaky particles had relatively poor separation effects. Therefore, in the industrial production of coal preparation by air dense medium fluidized bed, it is necessary to take measures to control the content of columnar and flaky particles in the coal for separation.
