参附药对对心肌缺血大鼠血液流变学及认知能力的影响
Research on hemorheology and cognitive ability on ginseng monkshood compatibility to myocardial ischemia of blood stasis syndrome
目的:观察参附配伍对心肌缺血血瘀证动物血液流变学、认知能力的影响。通过分析其相关性,考察血瘀状态对认知能力的影响及程度。方法:以寒凝加药物的方法建立心肌缺血血瘀证动物模型,给予不同的参附配伍药进行干预,观察各给药组对动物全血粘度、血细胞参数(MCV、RDW-CV、PDW、MPV)、血沉等血液流变学指标的影响,同时观察不同参附配伍对模型动物认知能力的影响。结果:将模型动物的血液指标设为第一组变量,行为学指标设为第二组变量, 采用SPSS统计学软件进行典型相关性分析,结果表明参附汤对寒凝血瘀动物的血瘀流变性和认知能力的影响存在相关性。结论:参附配伍可通过改善模型动物血液流变性,提高模型动物的认知能力,对血瘀动物改善症状的同时对进一步的康复治疗仍有作用。
Objective to study the relationship between diabetic hemorheology and cognitive ability in myocardial ischemia rice. Methods: By establishment of myocardial ischemia and blood stasis model to study blood viscosity, hemocyte parameters, erythrocyte sedimentation (ESR), et.sc. by shenfu intervention, At the same time also to study the cognitive ability in myocardial ischemia rice, going to Correlation analysis by using SPSS 10.0 software. Result: It is Correlation that blood viscosity and cognitive ability in myocardial ischemia rice by shenfu intervention. Conclusion: shenfu can improve blood viscosity and increase cognitive ability in blood stasis model rice and it is good for the recovery of this kind of diseases.
