共混次序对iPP/HDPE/CB复合材料中无机粒子选择性分布的影响

一选用不同的共混次序制备了iPP/HDPE/CB三元复合材料,并研究无机粒子的选择性分布对复合材料相形态及结晶性能的影响。结果表明共混次序的调整显著改变iPP/HDPE/CB导电复合材料中HDPE相的连续性和CB粒子在HDPE相中的分散状态。当CB粒子富集在HDPE相的边缘处时,CB粒子可充当iPP基体的异相成核点。但大量CB粒子的存在可能阻碍HDPE分子链的运动和折叠,抑制其结晶,从而部分抵消CB粒子本身所起到的异相成核作用。
he effect of compounding procedure on electrical and rheological behaviors of isotactic polypropylene/ high-density polyethylene/ carbon black (iPP/HDPE/CB) ternary composites was investigated. The results showed that Variation of compounding procedure changed the continuity of HDPE and the dispersion state of CB in the HDPE. Difference in the continuity of particle-riched phase in the composite resulted in different electrical property and rheological behavior. Due to the difference in HDPE phase morphology and CB dispersing state, iPP in composites prepared by compounding procedure D showed the highest non-isothermal crystallization temperature.
