复合外加剂石膏粘结材料性能的试验研究
Experimental study on properties of composite additives gypsum bonding materials
位于新疆喀什市的香妃墓是全国重点文物保护单位,香妃墓主墓室穹窿顶北部琉璃面砖大多脱落,特别是穹窿顶半圆壳体大约1/2以下部分的琉璃面砖脱落非常严重,雨水渗漏。因此研制粘结强度高、柔性好的的石膏粘结材料,对防止琉璃面砖脱落,保护历史文物有着重要的意义。通过实验研究了添加复合外加剂石膏的各项性能,结果表明:通过添加适当比例的聚乙烯醇和甲基纤维素,在提高粘结强度的同时,可以增加石膏的柔性。添加白水泥虽然提高了石膏的抗压强度,但却降低了石膏的柔性。添加柠檬酸和骨胶,可以延长石膏的缓凝时间,满足施工的要求,但是柠檬酸和骨胶对石膏的强度提高和柔性的改善具有负面作用。
Xiangfei tomb is a national key cultural relics protection units,which located in Kashi city, Xinjiang. Most glazed tiles in north of Xiangfei tomb dome fall off, especially bellow of about 1/2 dome roof semicircle part glazed tiles fall off very serious,rainwater leaking. Therefore developed high bond strength,flexible well gypsum bonding material has an important significance to prevent the glaze tiles fall off,historic preservation. Through experiments studied the performance of the composite admixture gypsum,results show that:by adding the appropriate proportion of polyvinyl alcohol and methyl cellulose improved the bond strength and the flexibility of the gypsum at the same time. Add white cement can increase compressive strength of gypsum,but reduced the flexibility of the gypsum. Add citric acid and bone glue,can be extended gypsum retarding and meet the requirements of construction, but have a negative effect on the gypsum strength and flexibility improvement.
