受损眼眶中视神经受力的有限元模拟
Finite element simulation of optic nerve in damaged eye socket
利用CT对受伤的人头颅进行扫描,得到头颅的CT图像资料,将图像导入Mimics软件(试用版)中,建立了带有组织的受损眼眶模型,模型中包括视神经、眼球、眶脂体、眼眶。将此模型导入ANSYS软件中建立有限元模型进行分析计算。有限元模拟结果表明,在正常颅内压和眼内压作用下,视神经最大应力发生在视神经与眼球接触部位。
o gain the CT picture of head, a human’s head which has been injured in accident was scanned by the CT. Then the CT pictures was imported to the Mimics soft (trial version) to establish the 3D geometry model of the optic nerve, as well as the eyeball, adipose body of orbit and eye socket. A finite element model was established in the ANSYS soft by use the 3D geometry model. The calculate results show that in the normal intracranial pressure and intraocular pressure, the maximum stress occurred in the contact part with the optic nerve and eyeball.
